Tawasal SuperApp and Noor Capital Launch Integrated Online Trading Services

According to the official announcement today (Monday), the partnership aims to set "a new standard for financial services" offerings in the UAE by combining Tawasal's suite of features with Noor Capital's trading platforms and market expertise. Users will be able to observe markets and seamlessly transition to participating in trades with user-friendly tools aimed at supporting them throughout the process.

"This collaboration represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of financial services in the UAE," stated Khamis Alshamsi, the Chairman at Tawasal Information Technology LLC.

The Tawasal SuperApp eliminates the need to use multiple apps to manage investments by unifying local stock markets, foreign exchange data, and more into one platform. This is intended to streamline investing for users by merging observation and participation abilities in one place.

"By integrating Noor Capital's expertise and trading capabilities into Tawasal's platform, we're empowering users with seamless access to a world of financial opportunities, making trading more accessible and secure."

Noor Capital, established in December 2005 and registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, is a financial investment firm that prioritizes service quality and customer satisfaction. It operates under the regulatory framework of the Securities and Commodities Authority SCA in the UAE.

Noor Capital's Expansion in The UK

In line with its expansion strategy, Noor Capital has extended its operations to the UK, where Noor Capital UK is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. To do so, the company has acquired a local traditional prime broker , House of Borse.

Firstly, the company informed in March that it took 75% shareholding in the UK brokerage and secured complete ownership in the company just a few weeks later. The move came as part of a broader plan to expand the firm's presence outside the UAE and obtain more brand awareness among European clientele.

According to the latest financial report by Noor Capital UK in mid-November, the company reported a loss of £128,449 in the fiscal year 2023. "Despite the company incurring a loss for the fiscal year ending on July 31, 2023, there has been a noteworthy improvement in performance post-year-end," the company explained in the latest Companies House filing.
